FuturaOps — billing leakage calculator · 4,000 orders and 250 pallets in the month · Should have billed $19,100 at our own rates · $1,600 not invoiced, 8.4% of the total Run it yourself: https://futuraops.com
Method: should have billed = orders x pick and pack fee + extra items x extra item fee + orders x materials charge + pallets x storage rate + other charges. The gap is that total minus what you invoiced. It only counts the charges you enter, so anything missing from your rate card is not counted. The free Billing Leakage Audit checks each order and storage record instead.
The problem
Enterprise warehouse systems are expensive and slow to implement, so small fulfilment operators run on spreadsheets, paper pick lists and memory.
That means mispicks, no inventory accuracy, no way to bill clients correctly for storage and handling, and no reporting a brand client will accept. Operators lose clients to bigger competitors purely on visibility.

Questions people actually ask
Is it built for small operations?
Yes. It is sized for independent fulfilment operators handling 500 to 50,000 orders a month, and for brands running their own small warehouse.
How does client billing work?
Storage by volume and time, pick and pack fees, materials and surcharges are calculated automatically into an invoice.
Can we check our current billing for free?
Yes. The free Billing Leakage Audit takes three months of orders and storage records and recalculates what should have been billed against what was, showing unbilled storage, undercharged handling and materials never invoiced.
What do our brand clients see?
Their own portal, with live inventory and order status.
Do we have to stop operations to count stock?
No. Cycle counting keeps inventory accurate without a shutdown.
How does picking work?
Batch and wave picking runs on a phone, with mispick prevention and packing verification.
What does it cost?
299 dollars a month up to 3,000 orders, 699 dollars a month up to 15,000 orders, and 1,500 dollars a month above that, with multi-warehouse support. The client portal is included at every tier.
Why should I trust the billing leakage calculator?
It is arithmetic on your own rate card and volumes, worked out in your browser. It cannot see which orders or pallets were missed. The free Billing Leakage Audit recalculates that from three months of your order and storage records.
